Still possible to get messages of "Decrypting..." #39

Messages appear in LINE as "ⓘ Decrypting..." in letter-sealed chats until they've been decrypted, which is typically instantaneous.

The bridge does wait for a message to be decrypted before it sends it to Matrix, but it's still possible (though rare) for it to send the "Decrypting" notice instead of the actual, decrypted message content.

So either the bridge is doing something wrong, or LINE can sometimes take very long to decrypt a message & the bridge needs to handle that.
