The bridge may only be controlled by a single Matrix user that is specified in the config file.

It should instead be possible for any user, and more than one user, to use the bridge.

(This is mentioned offhand in ROADMAP.md as "Multiple bridge users", but it's worth having an issue to track this to make it more visible.)
